Procedures and Policies- When Scheduling for spa services please plan to
arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to change into a robe, fill out
any necessary paperwork and to enjoy our facility. Punctuality ensures that your
services start on time and that services will be performed properly. Prices subject
to change without notice. Credit Card required to book any reervations.

Cancellations- Because our technicians have reserved time especially for you please provide 24 hour notice of cancellation for any individual service and 48 hours notice for spa packages and group bookings. Failure to do so will result in loss of the 50% deposit required to book these events. If you do not call or show you will be charged in full for appointment booked.

Gift Certificates- All Gift Certificates are valid for one year. They are nonrefundable and valid for services and products only. Failure to show up for scheduled appointments will render gift certificates null and void. Cancellation of scheduled appointment with less than a 24 hour notice will result in loss of 50% of the value of the certificate.

Valuables- Please leave your valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for personal articles.

Cell Phones and Pagers- For your enjoyment we strive to create a calm and peaceful  atmosphere. We want a day at Tré Soleil to be an escape from the world outside. Out of consideration for other guests, please mute cell phones and pagers.

Children- Please arrange for child care prior to your spa or salon visit. We also ask that a parent accompany any minor under the age of 17 receiving spa and salon services. If unaccompanied, any salon services performed will be agreed upon between the minor and service provider unless otherwise stated by parent or guardian prior to the service.

Elderly and Handicapped- We are happy to assist in any way we possibly can. However to avoid injuring guests or service providers we ask that an escort accompany persons requiring ssistance. Conditions Requiring a Doctor’s Consent for Massage Pregnancy, High blood pressure, Cancer, Blood Clots, Recent Conditions Requiring a Doctor’s Consent for massage and facials and or open skin lesion
